l In accordance with 10 C.F.R. f 2.740a(c), Georgia Power Company encloses a copy of the original transcripts of the deposition of Mr. Allen L. Mosbaugh, taken on April 7, i
1994, and the deposition of Mr. Marvin B. Hobby, taken on April 9,1994. These transcripts were forwarded to me on June 7 and June 20, respectively, by the court reporter who advised that more than 30 days had been given to the deponents to read and sign the depositions but that they had not been not signed.
