Your letter of December 20, 1982 forwarded the Safety Evaluation for the Environmental Qualification of Safety Related Electrical Equipment.
In the safety evaluation you requested that we inform you regarding the status of certain items which have been classified as proprietary.
We request the following disposition for the items currently listed as Proprietary in the Reference Index of Technical Evaluation Report (TER-C5257-4 9 3).

The following generic items were not submitted by Philadelphia Electric for Peach Bottom although they are referenced, therefore, it is inappropriate to comment on their proprietary status.
