Pursuant to the requirements of Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Unit 1 Technical Specification 6.9.1.6, the attached Monthly Operating Report for the Month of October,1982 is submitted.
Also attached, please find revised reports for the Months of August and September,1982. The August, 1982 report was revised to correct an error in the Cumulated Unit Service Factor, Item 19 and Unit Availability Factor, Item 20. The.eptember, 1982 report was re-vised to correct a typographical error in Item 11 for the month.
