This letter constitutes a follow-up to the December 20, 1982 telephone con-versation between Mr. E. R. Schweibinz of the NRC and Mr. F. K. Pfeifer of CC&E concerning the subject condition, initially reported to the Commissica on November 26, 1982 as a potentially reportable deficiency under 10CFR50.55(e).
In the December 20, 1982 telephone conversation, Mr. Schweibinz was advised that additional review of the condition has determined that it is not reportable under 10CFR50.55(e).
Additional information to support this conclusion is available for NRC re-view in the CG&E Quality Assurance Department.
