50-328 As discussed with Carl Stahle of your staff in a telephone conversation on December 23, 1982, TVA agrees to comply with the igniter operational temperature limit of 17000F for the permanent hydrogen mitigation system (PHMS). The minimum operational temperature limit of 17000F is acceptable only for initial operation of the PHMS until completion of the required additional spray tests at which time a change to the igniter temoerature could be considered.
This information is being forwarded as requested by the NRC to supplement our previous submittal, Enclosure 4 to TVA-SQN-TS-36, my letter to 1
H. R. Denton on September 17, 1982. Therefore, no fees are being
