Attached please find corrected copies of the Unit Shutdowns and Power Reductions Reports submitted with the monthly operating reports for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2,

for the months of August and September 1982.

These revisions are necessary to correct the shutdown numbers reported on the I

August reports for Units 1 and 2, and the September report for Unit 2.
