reheater to "A" L.P. Turbine.

Re-actor power was held at 56% for 13-hours and returned to 100% over a 18-hour ramp on 821023.

Svensson TELEPHONE (616) 465-5901 PAGE 1 of 1 MAJOR SAFETY-RELATED MAINTENANCE OCTOBER,'1982 C&I-l Steam generator level indication channel IV, loop #1 (LI-517), failed low. The reactor protection bistables were placed in the " trip" mode so that troubleshooting measures could be taken on the defective channel. Current repeater (I/I) 2LY-517 was found to be faulty. A replacement repeater was installed and calibrated.

Bistalles for the channel were placed in the untripped mode with no further in-cident.
