Dear Mr. Keppler:
This is in response to IE Bulletin No. 82-01, Revision 1, Supplement 1, dated August 18, 1982 (Log No. 1-673) concerning the alteration of radiographs of welds in piping subassemblies supplied by ITT Grinnell Industrial Piping, Inc. of Kernersville, North Carolina.
Toledo Edison has reviewed all radiographs provided by ITT Industrial Pining, Inc. of Kernersville, North Carolina, associated with pipe wall t'aickness less than 0.5 inches. No evidence of the alteration of radiograph penetraneters was found.
