Specifically, the' County's pleading alleged that Emergency [ Diesel Gene'rator 102. "had passed tests witn a cracked engine block, and the NRC is not aware of tne crack." The County i pidading also alleged that "LILCO attempted to grind out the crack, but it was too deep and therefore LILCO decided the \\ l. crack is onormal' for the cast iron casting of the diesel."
