Dear Administrative Judges:
I have been informed by the Massachusetts Civil Defense Agency that it will be unable to meet the target date of June 1, 1983, for submission to FEMA of the State Area' Plan for the Seabrook
- facility. Civil Defense will not even receive a draft from the firm which is doing the initial work on that Area Plan for at least a month. For that reason, and because of the vacation plans of persons who will be involved in the review of the plan, the new target date for submission of the Area Plan is August 15, 1983.
I have also been informed by the Town of Merrimac that it has held one meeting to review the draft planning document prepared for it with the private contractor responsible for the draft and has scheduled another meeting for June 15, 1983.
