This Motion is predicated upon the agreement of JAN' L.

KODNER and PRAIRIE ALLIANCE to discontinue Movant's representa-tion of the group for professional reasons, including the inability of PRAIRIE ALLIANCE to satisfy professional expenses incurred, its unwillingness to incur additional professional expenses and its desire to resume member coordination of this intervention.
