Revision 4 of the Training and Qualification Plan (TQP) was submitted in February 1983. A typographical error has been identified in the matrix on page 2-4 of the TQP. Attached for your information is a corrected ccpy of page 2-4, Revision 4 to the TQP.
Also enclosed is a copy of the approval sheet for the Physical Security Plan. This sheet consolidates t!.e approval information for devisions 8, 9, and 10 of the PSP onto one page.
The enclosures to this letter contain Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are, therefore, exempt from public disclosure.
