57300, JOB E-5590, FILE NO. 956C, M-19 This letter constitutes a supplement report to our final report, QA-1556, dated January 18, 1982, regarding the subject deficiency.
As stated in our previous report, LOZ-83-0002, dated March 23, 1983, modifications necessary to complete the corrective action are expected to be completed approximately three months after the NRC's November 12, 1982 " Order to Show Cause and Order Immediately Suspending Construction" is lifted for work in this area.
Part of the required material has been received with the remainder to be delivered in approximately one (1) month.
Installation and testing will be scheduled after all material is received and the NRC's November 12, 1982 " Order to Show Cause and Order Immediately Suspending Construction" is lifted for work in this area.
A projected schedule for completion of the corrective actions will be submitted at that time.
