Dear Mr. Schwencer:
The reference letter, received by us on A_ugust 30, 1982, requested that we arrange the RAIs contained in the enclosure into several groupings such that each grouping forms the basis for a meeting with your staff.
Four groupings have been developed.
GROUP I Group I RAls are concerned with FSAR format or adequacy of system separation. These RAIs are:

GROUP III Group III RAIs are questions concerned with NSS system design.

RGROUP IV Group IV RAI's are questions concerned with BOP system designs.

We suggest meeting February 16 and 17, 1983 in Bechtel's offices to discuss these RAIs.
