Enclosed is a check in the amount of $4,000 for the payment of fees associated with the Radiological Environmental Technical Specifications (RETS) changes proposed in Reference (2).

Since Reference (2) was submitted at the request of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to reformat the RETS portion of the Reference (1) submittal into the standard format developed by consultants from EG & G under contract with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, it is Public Service Company of Colorado's (PSCo) understanding that the enclosed check will also satisfy the fee 8305310111 830520 t

Public Service Company regrets the delay in fee payment, but a major management organization took. place at the Fort St. Vrain station shortly after the submittal of Reference (2), and the remitment of Technical Specification amendment fees was inadvertently overlooked.
