Dear Sirs:

During the deposition of Mr. McCoy on July 26,1994, Intervenor requested a full copy of Mr. McCoy's spiral-bound notebook containing his personal reminders recorded on various days during the period June 20,1990 through January 4,1991.' GPC opposed this request as overbroad, but agreed to review the notebook and provide copies of any relevant portions of Mr. McCoy's notebook which had not previously been produced.2 In order to resolve the dispute during the deposition, Intervenor contacted the Board, which requested that GPC provide to the Board for in camera review a full copy of 8

2 Pursuant to Intervenor's prior discovery requests, GPC made available to Intervenor certain relevant, non-privileged execrpts from Mr. McCoy's notebook, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 'A.*

After reviewing Mr. McCoy's notebook during a break in the deposition, GPC also provided Intervenor's counsel with a copy c,f 12 additional pages from Mr. McCoy's notebook, redacted to delete privileged information, which contain information that in any way might lead to the discovery of admissible evidence. A copy of those 12 pages are attached hereto as Exhibit "B.*
