Dear Mr. Carter:
This letter is to inform you that Milan K. Straka has been hired as the Reactor Manager for the UMR Reactor. He has been on board since March 7, 1983.
He is originally from Czechoslovakia and worked 8 years in Germany before coming to the U.S. almost 5 years ago. At the present time he has "perinanent resident" status and he plans to apply for U.S. citizenship as soon as he is eligible later this summer.
In the meanwhile he only has unescorted access to the outer office (foyer) area of the facility.
