1.imerick Generating Station NPDES Permit No. PA0051926 This letter is being sent as a follow up to a telephone conversation between yourself, Charlie Rehm, of PaDER, and Steve Joulan, of Betz Industrial, concerning the approval of the !!ctz chemical additive PEClO at 1.imerick Generating Station. Based on your discussions with Charlie and Steve, we are requesting the approval to use PEC10 be based on a zine ef fluent limitation at outfall 001 and the usage rate condition for the product bc semoved. Please amend your approval letter dated June 27,1994, to reflect this change.
A copy of this letter (includmg any attachments or enclosures)is being sent to the U.S.
Nuclear Repuhtory Commission (USNRC)in accordar!ce wgh the Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 and 2, Environmental Protection Plan, Section 3.2, which stipulates that USNRC shall receive a copy of any proposed changes to the NPDES permit at the.same time that the permitting agency is notified.
