S&L Soil Characteristics error in the Clinton Power Station design The purpose of this letter is to update you on the status of the potential reportable deficiency concerning the S&L soil characteristics error in the Clinton Power Station design.

The analytical work by the architect engineer and the NSSS supplier has been completed.

The final determina-tion of reportability will be determined after receipt of the report and a complete review has been completed.

We anticipate that an additional 90 days will be required to perform the review and make final determination of reportabi-lity.

If you have any further questions concerning this matter, please do not hesitate to bring them to my attention.
