50-328 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), enclosed are five copies (Numbers 6-10) of a proposed revision to the approved Sequoyah Nuclear Plant Physical Security Plan (PSP). Please provide a response documenting your approval of the proposed revision.

As discussed in the April 14, 1982 meeting at our Sequoyah Nuclear Plant with C. Gaskin, T. Kenyon, and C. Perny, temporary changes in the PSP pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p) will be provided to the NRC by letter, notifying NRC of the cbange, without revising the PSP.

The enclosed information is being sent by registered mail. The signed receipt signifies that you have received this information and acknowledge that it contains safeguards material and should be withheld from public disclosure as provided for in 10 CFR Part 2.790. This receipt will also be taken as verification that your copies of the plan have been updated and the superseded material has been destroyed.
