Op; rating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 IE Bulletin 82-04 This letter is in response to IE Bulletin 82-04 " Deficiencies in Primary Conta.tnment Electrical Penetration Assemblies".
There are no el'ectrical primary containment penetrations which were manufactured by the Bunker Ramo Company in use or planned for use at TMI-1.
Therefore,'per the instruccions in the Bulletin, we so state and consider the Bulletin closed. The statement made above is correct to the best of my knowledge, information and belief.
