Dear Mr. O' Reilly:
On Ebbruary 8,1982, Mr. Frank Iong of your staff was notified of a potential significant deficiency under the provisions of 10CER50.55(e). 'Ihis same potential deficiency was discussed again on Ebbruary 9,1982, with Mr. Virgil Brownlee. The ptential significant deficiency involves four snubbers which have been found to be in unworkable corxlitions. 'Ihese snubbers were found as a result of our IEB 81-01 required testin] procedure.
As discussed with Mr. Brownlee, our IEB 81-01 testing Irogram is expected to be canpletal by March 15, 1982.
It is our intent to provide a report on IEB 81-01 which will include these four snubbers as well as any others found during the test program. Our response to the IE 81-01 Bulletin will serve as a final report to this ptential significant deficiency.
