Salem Generating Station Unit Nos. 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-272 and 50-311 License Change Requent LCR 94-05 Emergency Diesel Generator Hot Restart Test on April 12, 1994, Public Service Electric and Gas Company submitted the subject amendment to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

This request would revise the Emergency Diesel Generator hot restart test by separating it from the 24 hour2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> endurance run and from load sequence testing. The proposed changes are consistent with the improved Standard Technical Specifications (NUREG-1431).

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and Energy's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering reviewed the above amendment in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.91(b) and has no comments.
