The Authority submitted proposed changes to the FitzPatrick Technical Specifications via Reference 1.
We classified that Application for Amendment as Class II since it is administrative in nature.
A check in the amount of $1200.00 is enclosed wi th this letter as the filing fee per 10 CFR Section 170.22, which the Authority pays under protest pending a final determination of the legality of the fee schedule.
