Dear Mr. Collins:
of Reference 1 itemized additional documentation required by Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) concerning Nuclear Detector Decalibration.
In Reference 2 PSC stated that the requested documentation was unavailable at that time due to PSC's document control procedures which permit plant documents to be revised only after the modification has been approved and installation begun.
PSC has completed preparation of the requested documentation and is forwarding it as Enclosures 1 and 2 of this letter.

' floating' high flux trip circuitry, PSC will incorporate suitable limitations into the Fort St.
Vrain Technical Specifications to provide assurance that the system will be operated within its design basis.
