Dear Honorable Judges:
Enclosed for filing are Intervenor's Motion to Accept Additional Factual Basis in Support of the Admitted Contention.
At the request of Georgia Power, Intervenor conducted a deposition last night from 6:30pm to 2am.
Intervenor consented to this request on the condition that GPC agree to allow Intervenor to file his motion to amend the admitted contention on July 6.
Intervenor's counsel, Mr. Michael Kohn, attempted to contact Judge Bloch on two occasions yesterday to it. form him of such but was only able to leave messages on his answerlag machine.
