I am writing in response to Georgia Power Compan'f's motion to establish date for intervenor's response to GPC's second request for admissions fi'.ed today.
Intervenor believes that the parties can come to a mutual agreement in regard to a response date to this discovery request without involving the Board.
However, in the event that we cannot come to an agreement, Intervenor reserves the right to respot.d to this motion within ten (10) days as allotted by 10 C.F.R.
