In a telephone conversation on June 1,1994, you indicated that it would be posalble to increase our dischatge limit for Towerbrome 960 from 0.0 mg/L to 0.05 mg/L. At that time you requested that we send a letter to you confirming receipt of the revised copy of the Director's Final Findings and Orders regarding permit number 3IB00016. This letter is to inform you that we have received vritten confirmation of the increased discharge limit.
