This report covers the period from July 1993 through June 1994.
We evaluated each change, summarized in Enclosure (A), to determine if any requirements contained in the previously NRC-approved QA Program Description were deleted or made less stringent.
We concluded there were no reductions-of commitments.
10CFR50, Appendix B, Criterion 11 requirements were used to con-clude the revised program continues to satisfy the criteria of Appendix B.

To reflect the reorganization of the BEco corporate Purchasing and Materials Department and the consolidation of the existing Nuclear Organization Sections and Departments into six Departments, including the Nuclear Engineering Services Depart-
- ment, the Regulatory Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Department, the Quality Assurance Department, the Plant Department, the Nuclear Services Department, and the Nuclear Training Department.
The revised program incorporating this change continues to satisfy the criteria of 10CFR50, Appendix B, and the Safety Analysis Report Quality Assurance Program description commitments previously accepted by the NRC.

Other responsibilities involving the disposi-tioning of these NCRs were clarified to provide consistency with the installed NCR process and the reorganization of the Nuclear Engineering Services Department.
