The attached table identifies the follovdfI-1 Fire Hazards Analysis fire doors:
(1) fire doors which vill be electrically locked and alar =ed upon completion of security system installation, 02-15-79; (2) fire doors which are mechanically locked closed when not in use; and (3) fire doors which are neither locked nor alarmed but which are kept closed when not in use. This information is provided per Met-Ed letter, GQL 1h51, August 28, 1978, and Fire Protection Safety Evaluation Report Item 3.2.1h.
