Dear Mr. Keppler:
This letter responds to Mr. DeYoung's letter of December 3, 1982 on IE Bulletin No. 82-04, " Deficiencies in Primary Containment Electrical Penetration Assemblies."
A review performed of the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant electrical penetrations indicates that none of the containment electrical penetrations installed or on order have been purchased from the Bunker Ramo Company.
Therefore, the subject bulletin does not apply to our facility.
