Dear Mr. Keppler:
We are transmitting under separate cover, forty copies of the Radioactive Effluent Release Report for the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2, corresponding to the period from July 1, 1982 to December 31, 1982. This report was prepared in accordance with Section 5.4.1A of the Plant's Appendix B Technical Specifications (Part I) and it demon-strates that Plant operation has been in compliance with the requirements of 40 CFR 190.
This document has been prepared following Corporate procedures which incorporate a reasonable set of controls to ensure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
