Dear Mr. Keppler:
This is to document our request for an extension of the period in which we must respond to the Notice of Violation enclosed with reference (a) regarding both Dresden and Quad Cities Stations.
An additional thirty days is being requested for the preparation of our detailed written statement regarding the alleged violations and the proposed civil penalties.
Our response will be submitted on or before April 18, 1983.
This extension was discussed with Mr. C. Norelius of your office by telephone on March 8, 1983.
Please contact me if this extension is not acceptable.
