Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Units 2 & 3 Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 & DPR-55 Annual Indemnity Fees
Dear Mr. Saltzman:
On November 10, 1982 we forwarded.to the Commission Philadelphia Electric Company's check #N2079578 dated November 3,1982 in the amount of $19,758.00 in payment of the indemnity fee for DPR-44 for Peach Bottom Unit 2 for the period November 17,.1982 to November 16, 1983.
On the same day we forwarded the Company's check #2079677 dated November 3,1982 in the amount of $19,758.00 in payment of the indemnity fee for DPR-56 for Peach Bottom Unit 3 for the period November 1, 1982 to October 31, 1983.
l As of November 15, 1982 the annual indemnity fee applicable to Peach Bottom Units 2 and 3 was reduced from $6.00 per thermal megawatt to $1,000 per reactor.
