ULNRC-608 DOCKET NUMBER 50-483 CALLAWAY PLANT, UNIT 1 FINAL SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT, REVISION 5 Furnished herewith are seventy-five copies of Revision 5 to the Callaway Plant Final Safety Analysis Report Site Addendum.
Seventy-five copies of Revisions 7, 8,
9, and 10 to the SNUPPS ghStandard Plant Final Safety Analysis Report were transmitted by Mr. N.
A.
Petrick, Executive Director, SNUPPS with the following letters:
SLNRC 81-113 dated September 24, 1981, SLNRC 82-10 dated February 23, 1982, SLNRC 82-027 dated May 21, 1982, and SLNRC 82-39 dated September 30, 1982.
'ihese revisions are hereby incorporated by reference into the Callaway Application.
Site Addendum Revision 5 includes a revision to the Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP).
The RERP, which was formerly a part of Section 13.3, is now a separate volume of the
(
FSAR.
This document will remain part of the FSAR until an operating license is received at which time it will be controlled in accordance with 10CFR50.54 (q).
The plan is identified as Revision SA to distinguish it from a previous draft submitted by letter ULNRC-572 and identified as Revision 5.
We are sending 2 copies of the RERP directly to Mr.
W.
L. Axelson at Region III.
Site Addendum Revision 5 also includes updates to Chapters 12, 13, and 14 as well as deletion of references to Callaway Plant, Unit 2, which was cancelled in October, 1981.
We are currently preparing a revised Section 17.2 covering quality assurance during the operating phase and Appendix 3A which addresses regulatory guides.
These will be submitted in the next revision of the Callaway Site Addendum.
