PRAIRIE ISLAND NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT Docket No. 50-282 License No. DPR-42 Docket No. 50-306 License No. DPR-60 In response to IE Bulletin 83-01, the following is offered:
a.
Testing of reactor main trip breakers was done as requested in the Bulletin.
b.
The breaker maintenance program was reviewed and found to conform to the vendor recommendation.
c.
Licensed operators have been advised of the Salem event and the appropriate failure-to-trip actions to be taken if an occurrence similar to the Salem event occ rs.
