Pursuant to the Preedom of Information Act, 5 USC @ 552, an amended, and the provisions of 10 CFR Part 9, the undersigned hereby requests the following items:

All documents, memoranda, correspondence, etc. concerning the risk to the Perry Nuclear Power Plant from low trajectory turbine mis: files (excluding CP and OL stage SEns, which this requester possesses).
This information is relevant to Issue #13 in the Perry OL proceeding, Docket Nos. 50-440/441.

In accordance with your policy as stated in the response to my earlier request, FOIA-81-516, I requent that 75% of the fees incurred for the scarch and pinduction of these documents be waived, since they all relate to issues admitted in the Perry proceeding.
