BALTIMORE GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY DOCKET NO. 50-317 CALVERT CLIFFS NUCLEAR POWER PLANT, UNIT NO. 1 AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE Amendment No. 81 License No. DPR-53 1.
The Nuclear Regulatory Comission (the Comission) has found that:
A.
The filing by Baltimore Gas & Electric Company (the licensee) dated August 17 and the application dated October 7,1982 comply with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Comission's rules and regulations set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I;

The facility will operate in conformity with the filings, the provisions of the Act, and the rules and regulations of the Comission; l
C.
There is reasonable assurance (i) that the activitier. authorized by this amendment can be conducted without endangering the health and safety of the public, and (ii) that such activities will be conducted in compliance with the Comission's regulations; D.
The issuance of this amendment will not be inimical to the comon defense and security or to the health and safety of the public; and E.
The issuance of this amendment is in accordance with 10 CFR Part 51 of the Comission's regulations and all applicable requirements have been satisfied.

Accordingly, Paragraphs 2.C.(4) and 2.C.(4)a of Facility Operating License i
No. DPR-53 are hereby amended to read as follows:
2.C.(4) Physical Protection The licensee shall fully implement and maintain in effect all provisions of the following Comission-approved documents, including amendments and changes made pursuant to the authority of 10 CFR 50.54(p). These approved documents consist of information withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21.
