I am a citizen of Saginaw Cou~nty who ist growing,more

, concerned by the dayLabout the nuclear plant in Midland.:

! 'It seems incredible that mistakes and mismanagement has ,

4' run the cost of: that project to .nearly $4 billion ~ dollars.

'It/further seems grossly unfair to expect the people'of

' Michigan to pay for these costs and'take the risks that l- this plant' entails.

'If I were to mismanage my own affairs'in such.a careless l manner by running up a comparatively high debt I'm sure Consumers.would be first in--line to cutzoff my service.

I do not believe we need this plant, and certainly i not at this price.
