Enclosed is an application dated January 30, 2020, from Tam International (US) Inc.,
requesting amendment No. 01 to its existing license XSOU8838. This license presently authorizes the export of 32,200,000 kilograms (kg) of natural uranium in the form of uranium hexafluoride to Russia.
The purpose of the amendment is to update the mailing address of the applicant.
There are no changes to the terms and conditions of the existing license being requested.
Therefore, our office is processing this as a minor amendment, and if no comments are received from the public within the 30-day comment period, and it is determined that applicable legal requirements are satisfied, the NRC will issue the license.
