Enclosed is an export license application (XSNM3811), dated January 30, 2020, received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) from TAM International Inc. The application requests the export of 10,000 kilograms (kg) of low enriched uranium hexafluoride (UF6) heels to be returned to Russia.

Assurances from Russia that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation, are required. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances will be appreciated.

Please note that the material is of Russian origin.
