Enclosed for filing with the Commission is Amendment No. 46 to the License Application of Philadelphia Electric Company in the above captioned matter.
This Amendment makes changes to the Final Safety Analysis Report in response to various NRC Staff questions including those transmitted with letters dated July 13, 1982 and September 1, 1982.
This filing consists of three originals and nineteen copies of Amendment No. 46 to the License Application and sixty copies of Revision 17 to the Final Safety Analysis Report.
There are also transmitted herewith 41 copies of Revision 10 to the Environmental Report - Operating License Stage which makes changes in response to various NRC Staff questions transmitted with letters dated September 21, 1982, November 8, 1982, November 18, 1982 and December 8, 1982-g.f S
