Applicant's "'totion for Leave to Supplement tiemorandum", dated February 17, 1933, contains a small but significant misrepresentation of fact.
He would like to clarify the circumstances which led to the statements made by Chairnan John '-!olf in the special prehearing conference in Puget Sound Power ?. Light Co. (Skagit/Hanford lluclear project, Units 1 and 2) held on !1ay 5,1982 which Applicant seeks to na'<e a part of the record in this proceeding.

Dana and whether or not such re uests would constitute harrassnent were based on his belief that Mr. Dana was a potential witness, not a member, of the Coalition. This was clear to all parties at the proceeding and is evidenced at Page 37, line 12 of the Transcript attached to Applicant's motion.
Contrary to Applicant's claim that "...the transcript in Skagit/Hanford reveals that the Licensing Board there rejected petitioner's claim of harassment and indicated that petitioner's member had an obligation to respond to a request for discovery propounded by the applicants regarding standing" the Board did not so find.
