February 19, 1983 WEST BRANCH CONSERVATION ASSOCIATION'S motion to reinstate that part of Contention 83.2 regarding utility workers.
ASLB MEMORANDUM AND ORDEN (Formulating Final Con'tentions on Commission.Questie-' 3 and 4) of February 7, 1983, rein-states Contention 3.2 and restates it, (page 7). The Order discusses the Contention.in part, but omits that which applies to utility employees and which-Vest Branch Conservation Asso-ciation (WBCA) urges the Board-to rasinstate by motion.
MEMORANDUM AND ORDER.of April 23, (page'8) assigned a role as Contributing Intervenor to WBCA under-3.2.
L The cperator of the two electric generating statior,s in Rockland County, Orange and Rockland Utilities,-Inc., at first demurred preferring not to testify as to what utility workers would do in an emergency requiring evacuation. The ASLB Chair-l' man issued a subpoena on July 7, whereupon Orange and Rockland agreed to participate.
Due to the delay, theic testimony does not appear in the binder with Intervenors' numbered testimony.
Their letter of July 19 states that Vice-President Mr. Frank Fischer will support the replies to our questions, copy enclosed.
WBCA did not distribute it and the Fischer resumd sooner since
-Questions 3 and 4 were due to be redesigned, which has now taken place.under date of February 7.
l WBCA urges the Board to grant our motion stated above.
I Respectfully submitted, t
