Attached to Applicants' August 20, 1982 Answer to Sunflower Alliance Inc.'s Second Set of Interrogatories to Applicants regarding Issue #6 was an August 13, 1982 letter from D. Davidson (CEI) to A.
Schwencer (NRC) concerning ATWS mitiga-tion design features at Perry Nuclear Power Plant.
That letter made reference to an amendment to the Perry FSAR then under preparation.
The referenced amendment, which includes a des-cription of modifications to the Standby Liquid Control System, has now been filed with the NRC.
Although the majority of the FSAR amendment is not relevant to Issue #6, a copy of the entire amendment is enclosed for your information.
