10CFR50.71 Revision of FSAR Cooper Nuclear Station NRC Docket No. 50-298, DPR-46 Pursuant to 10CFR50.71 and an exemption granted by the NRC l (yl extending the deadline for compliance to January 22, 1983, Nebraska Public Power District hereby submits thirteen (13) copies of the updated FSAR for Cooper Nuclear Station.
The l
revised FSAR reflects changes made since the last submittal of the FSAR and is current as of July 22, 1982.
The next revision to the updated FSAR will be submitted on or before July 22, 1983.
Subsequent revisions will then be submitted on an annual basis.
The following change made under the provisions of 10CFR50.59 l
in 1982 and not yet reported to the NRC has been described in the USAR:
MDC-82-061 U-Sump Discharge Piping Modification - The separate discharge paths for radioactive and nonradioactive effluents is described in the USAR.
