Pursuant to 10 CFR S 2.749, the Applicants hereby move for summary dir, position of contentions NH-21 and CCCNH-5.

4 Both of these contentions raise the issue of compliance of the portions of the Seabrook emergency plan dealing with on-site protective measures with 10 CFR 5 50.47 and 10 CFP 50 App. E (the applicable 8302180400 830214 PDR ADOCK 05000443 (h

'4 portions of 10 CFR $ 50.47 being 10 CFR S 50.47(b)(11) and (12)).

The motion is submitted upon the affidavit of James A. MacDonald, attached hereto.

That affidavit summarizes 9 10.3-10.5 of the emergency plan which demonstrates that the required matters are covered.
