Pursuant to 10 CFR $ 2.749, the Applicants hereby move for summary disposition of contention NECNP I.D.2.
This motion is submitted upon the affidavit of William N. Fadden which reveals that Seabrook's testing of protection systems will be in full accord with Reg.
Guide 1.22, compliance with which NECNP admits 8302180360 830211 PDR ADOCK 05000443 6

d constitutes an acceptable method of compliance with GDC 21.
In addition, as set forth in the affidavit Task II.D.1 of NUREG-0737 relates only oo generic testing of relief values and has no applicability here.
Thus there remains no triable issue under NECNP I.D.2 and summary disposition of the contention is in order.
