STATMENT OF MATERIAL FACTS AS TO WHICH THERE IS NO DISPUTE 1.
Most pecple do not go to, remain on, or congregate at, beaches during storms.
2.
The time estimates made by Applicants have been subjected to validation studies.
3.
The transportation simulation model methodology is consistent with that set out in NUREG/CR-2504.
4.
Evacuation pursuant to specific plans for Seabrook is not comparable to past history or experience.
