- i Gentlemen:
l Louislana Power & Light has recently restructured it's emergency. responso-E orgentzation which serves to support Waterford 3 emergencies. This has necessitated a change to the Waterford 3 SES Emergency Plan Pursuant to 10CFR50, Appendix E, Section V, we are herewith informing you of the resulting changes that will be required to the Emergency Plan. These '
changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan based on a 10CFR50.54(q) review.
I in brief, the Louisiana Power & Light. Corporate Command Center is now structured such that the duties previously assigned to the Logistics Coordinator, Security Coordinator, and Communications Coordinator are now consolidated under the auspices of the Administration / Logistics Coordinator.
At a minimum, the new organization structure will necessitate changes to Section 5.1.2.3.2, Figure 5-4 and Table 5-8 of the plan. These changes will be incorporated into the next revision of the Emergency Plan which is scheduled for j_
issuance during the fourth quarter of 1991, i
